Presence & family support

A caring presence
in tender seasons.

Spiritual companionship, prayer, and a listening heart for people and families near life’s end and through grief.

No small act of presence

In life’s tender seasons, a quiet conversation, a prayer, or the simple act of being present can matter deeply. This is the heart of the presence and family-support path at Legacy Joy.

Sometimes described as “last hour” support, this ministry vision centers on dignity, spiritual companionship, and care for those accompanying a loved one.

Explore what would be meaningful

Care for family

Make room for family members’ questions, emotions, and need for a compassionate listener.

Presence near life’s end

Plan together

Begin by asking about availability, location, timing, and the wishes of your loved one. Any visit or conversation must be arranged directly and respect the person’s consent and the care setting’s requirements.
