Blessing and Augustine receive your inquiry.
When you submit this form, our server sends your name, email address, chosen topic, and message through Resend to blessing@legacyjoy.org. Blessing coordinates responses for the Legacy Joy team. A separate confirmation is sent to the address you provide, in your selected website language, without repeating your message. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
The website keeps limited technical records to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse: a random request identifier, keyed hashes, delivery identifiers, and status. These records are eligible for deletion after 48 hours and are cleared when the form is next used. Your message text and plain-text contact details are not stored in the website database. Messages remain with the email services and receiving mailbox according to their retention settings. Contact Blessing about access or deletion.
Resend, the hosting service, and email providers process the inquiry to deliver and protect this service. Your email provider and the receiving email service process a message under their own terms. Email is not a secure channel for insurance applications, identification documents, medical histories, or financial-account information. Please do not include those in a general inquiry.
FEG agent signup
The agent-signup page displays sponsor information and opens FEG’s official HTTPS signup page. Your sponsor choice and acknowledgment are used only in your browser and are not saved or included in the link. The optional copy button copies the public sponsor ID to your clipboard.
Legacy Joy does not collect, store, relay, or submit agent applications through this page. Enter application details directly on FEG’s website, where FEG and its service providers process them under the notices and agreements presented there. Opening the signup page does not enroll you, accept an agreement, or confirm that an application has been submitted.
Website languages
Choose a language from the menu. Translations are provided for convenience. Certificate images, original documents, downloads, and external company pages retain their original language. For questions about wording, contact Blessing.
Your language choice is saved in this browser so the website can remember it. No text you enter in a form is sent to a translation service.
Member learning activity
For signed-in learning, we record time estimates, course and lesson versions, visits, interaction counts, checked-answer totals and completion markers under a pseudonymous account reference. You can see your own activity; the site owner can review learning analytics.
Active time excludes hidden or unfocused pages and pauses after two idle minutes, except during visible recording playback. Notes, detailed answers, transcripts and media are not included in analytics. Use My activity to pause collection, export records or delete learning history.
Activity is stored for up to 180 days, with expired records cleared during later activity. Profile pause preferences remain until changed. This does not back up or synchronize your browser-saved study files.
Website operation
The website uses locally hosted brand assets and fonts. No advertising analytics or newsletter signup has been added to this website. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to operate and protect the site.
Different kinds of support
Spiritual support, prayer, and companionship are offered within a ministry role. They do not replace professional medical, mental health, hospice, legal, or financial care. The title “Dr.” refers to a Doctor of Ministry degree.
Insurance inquiries are a distinct path through Saowalak Mortenson’s licensed insurance work. Product-specific discussions, required disclosures, and any application process should take place through appropriate company channels.
